On Saturday, November 17, the Community United Methodist Church held its Harvest Fair. Barbara Garafolo was in charge of the event. This Harvest Fair occurred just in time for the holidays, with many new and used items to be purchased. All of the profits benefited the CUMC's Women's Group. Also, many baked goods and refreshments were being sold. Overall, the event was a success and a great way for the community to "reach out" to the church.
Community United Methodist Church Fundraiser by: Sabrina Hafner
On Friday, November 9, 2007, Community United Methodist Church ("CUMC") held its 8th Annual Goods and Service Auction at the Stuart Thomas Manor. Proceeds from the event will benefit the church and help establish a house in the Habitat of Humanity. The theme "Sharing the Harvest" resembles the idea of being fed and feeding others. Pictured below are photos taken at the event, including CUMC's Pastor, organizers of the event and supporters.
