Today when I went to Last Licks to see Hall of Famers, Johnny Bench and Tony Perez, I was a little nervous at first because I didn't know who they were. I was born and raised a Yankee Fan! But, it was kind of cool. I got my picture taken with both of them and I even found out what Johnny Bench's favorite candy is -- peanut M&M's! (SWEET!)
I like the idea of an ice cream shop in a sports store a lot, it makes looking around at the sports stuff more fun. While I was watching the excited people waiting, I even met a boy who's father was cousins with Johnny Bench. I was walking around the store looking at all the neat stuff to get my dad for Christmas this year.
When I got back home and saw my neighbor, Mr. Schultz, he asked me, "What did you do today?" I was so excited and I told him --then his mouth opened wide and he said, "Whoa how'd you get pictures with them?!" and "Where did that happen?"
