Air Show at Jones Beach Sponsored by Bethpage Federal Credit Union Launches 2008 Season
The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation announced the arrival of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels for the Bethpage Federal Credit Union Air Show. The air show was held at Jones Beach State Park on Memorial Day weekend, Saturday, May 24th and Sunday, May 25th from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Representatives of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels and other 2008 air show performers were on hand as were representatives for the New York State Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation and the Long Island Convention and Visitors Bureau to launch the 2008 summer season at the Jones Beach State Park.
