On January 31, 2008, the Grace Day School exhibited the Chinese, Japanese, and Asian cultures with "A Journey through Asia." This event consisted of many exhibits of the cultures through dolls, books, decorations, etc.. Also there was a Tae Kwon Do exhibition, by an Ultimate Champions Tae Kwon Do class, and a special guest speaker, former Chinese Diplomat, Frank Bu. Many students participated with their parents as they were able to ask questions, have a Chinese Dinner, and see the many cultures of Asia.

7th and 8th Grade Grace Day School Choir Performance
The Grace Day School students in grades 3-8 presented their Christmas Concert on Wednesday December 19, 2007 at 7:30 pm. The concert took place in Grace Episcopal Church, located on the corner of Cedar Shore Drive and Merrick Road.The students, in band, chorus, string ensemble and select choir, performed under the leadership of Teresa DeCou-Greenberg and Viktoriya Khokhlova,.Mrs. Greenberg attended both The Hartt School of Music at the University of Hartford and Emporia State University in Kansas and holds a Master of Music degree.She has studied French horn and music education.Mrs. Kholhlova holds a MM, BM, and is an accomplished operatic and concert soprano. She sang with Kharkov State Philharmonic and State Opera Theatre of Denetsk. All reveled in the enjoyable notes and harmonies of these elementary-aged Mozarts.

The Grace Day School, located at 23 Cedar Shore Drive in Massapequa, held its annual Fall Open House. This event was for parents ans students interested in enrollment. Many students volunteered to help give participants a tour of the school. Currently, the campus is being renovated. Pat Quinto, the Director of Admissions, led the event. The Grace Day School also has a nursery branch in Amityville, which is run by Virginia O'Hara.
