According to detectives, two boys, 11&12 years old were riding their bicycles on Park Place when an older model dark Jeep Cherokee with New York plates approached them. The vehicle was occupied by a female, white and male, white. The male suspect asked the boys to come into the car and they would give them some beer. The vehicle fled northbound on Park Place then made a left turn onto Hicks Street heading westbound. Detectives ask anyone with information on the above incident to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
