Seventh Squad detectives report the details of a robbery that occurred on Friday, January 15, 2010 at 6:45 P.M. in Massapequa.
According to detectives, the defendant, Dequann Wilson, 18, of 107 Wartburg Ave.Copiague, and a 15-year-old male, were on the second floor of the Sunrise Mall when they approached a 15-year-old male, and forcibly stole $20.00 from the victim.
Seventh Precinct Officers arrested the defendants and charged them with Robbery 2nd Degree, Wilson will be arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on 1/16/10. The 15 year old male was transported to NassauCounty Juvenile Shelter he is due in Family Court on 1/19/10.
