According to detectives, the defendant, Earl Grenfell, 50, of Port Washington used the personal identification of an 86-year-old male suffering from dementia to open credit card accounts.

Narcotics Vice Squad reports the details of an arrest for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance that occurred on December 28, 2009 at 1:15 P.M. in Massapequa. According to detectives, the defendant, John Kostrowski Jr., 41, of Lords Valley, PA, was found in possession of a large plastic zip lock bag containing a greenish –brown leafy substance believed to be marijuana and a small blue plastic Tums bottle containing what appeared to be Oxycodone, Morphine Sulfate, and two prescription pill bottles containing several different medications.
